*Excellent English Communication Skills.
*Understanding the clientÃs job requirement.
*Identifying & sourcing talented IT professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, existing database etc.
*Interviewing applicants and making sure that their skills match with the job requirements.
*Coordinating interview, follow ups etc
*Entering all activities in database in a timely manner
*Willing to work in Night operations.
